It is our aim to delight our clients in every assignment we undertake. To assess, review and maintain these standards, the following is the basis of every agreement:
Specific objectives and key deliverables will be agreed and documented prior to commencement of any assignment
The likely duration of the assignment, milestones and consultant time commitment will be agreed and documented
Any changes to the above will be agreed, documented and authorised by the client
Formal periodic progress review will be conducted and will reflect the duration of the assignment and the wishes of the client. At a minimum, this will be mid-assignment
A full documented evaluation and review of client satisfaction will be completed on the conclusion of the assignment
Post assignment reviews will be conducted at a cycle determined by the client, however, optimum reviews would be at one, three and six months. The review will assess:
Impact of the assignment on business
Improvements evidenced
Any unforeseen challenges faced
Any further requirements
